The show runs from 11:00am - 5:00pm both days, Saturday & Sunday. Two day passes are $25, Saturday admission is $22 and $15 for Sunday. FREE for kids 12 and under!

"JOHN GALLAGHER" ANNOUNCED FOR APRIL SHOW!

At Uncannyknack Comics we're fans first. To this day that fandom has stayed consistent and diverse. John Gallagher built a reputation in the collector community for his brand of variant covers so it only seemed fitting that opening a personal imprint was the next step. Together with his two partners Scoott Rohan and Peter Turcotte (owner of local store Big Pete's Collectibles) we specialize in the indie and creator owned variant space, far from the overcrowded superhero market, providing covers for all genre material. We have a simple rule: It has to be a cover we'd want ourselves before we'd ever think of selling it to anyone and that will never change. Drop by our sales table and see what we have. John will be signing and remarking new and catalogue drops from 11 - 2.

SPEED METAL COMICS is excited to make their return to the Vancouver Comic & Toy Show!

Jesse plays in local speed metal pioneers Witches Hammer & death metal band Assimilation! He mixes his love of comics and heavy metal to create a truly unique brand!

Located on a 2nd floor location on Kingsway, overlooking Metrotown Mall, Metropolis Comics and Toys is South Burnaby's only comic shop going on 14 years! Metropolis carry new comics and offer subscriptions to all your favourite titles and are also a hub for ordering Sideshow Hot Toys and statues to save on expensive shipping costs. They have a nice used TPB library also 50% off. Everything from action figures to mini figures and in between. Metropolis also carry Gundam model kits and paint and have a decent TPB selection. There are also weekly TCG gaming nights at our gaming tables. Pokemon on Fridays, MTG and Metazoo on Saturdays and YuGiOh on Sundays. On top of all this Metropolis also host community events like FCBD, art shows and others. Follow them on IG or FB for weekly updates of new releases and events or sales!

"GEORGE MICHAIL" ANNOUNCED FOR APRIL SHOW!

George Michail is a comic book writer hailing from Kelowna, BC, Canada. A lifelong fan of funny books, he spends his days making creator-owned comics. His award winning series (2021 BEST COMIC - Sequential Magazine) RESILIENT is available now from Absolute Comics Group and his horror/fantasy comic, COVER OF DARKNESS, is published by Source Point Press. KEV'S DIECAST COLLECTIBLES VENDING AT THE SHOW!

Kev’s diecast is run by Kevin Hawken. He has been collecting diecast for over 30 years. When the pandemic hit he decided to stop working in the retail industry and try his hand at turning his hobby into a business. His main passion is making the hobby accessible to both new and seasoned collectors. Since then he has become known both locally and across Canada and the USA as the place to find both new releases and hard to find older diecast at reasonable prices. He has also become a fixture in the summer at car shows and toy shows throughout the lower mainland. He is looking incredibly forward to seeing everyone at the PNE Forum and having an awesome third (of many to come) set ups at the Vancouver Comic & Toy Show.

REEL MAC AND CHEESE:

REEL Mac and cheese offers gourmet, made fresh on the truck macaroni and cheese with seven cheeses, and a variety of movie themed menu items.

While macaroni and cheese itself is slightly retro they have given it a modern twist with menu offerings such as Slumdog Millionaire that includes curry paste and peas and The Green Mile that is topped with freshly cooked broccoli florets and crispy onions.

They serve up inspired comfort food made from scratch right on the truck. They start with real butter, add whole milk, select spices and seven different cheeses, the result is creamy deliciousness.

All yummy, all the time!

Wings Restaurants & Pubs is a local staple for good times and even better food. Now, they're winging in that same quality food to the outdoors, in their Wings Outdoor Grill food truck.

"COLE PAULS" ANNOUNCED FOR APRIL SHOW!

Cole Pauls is a Champagne and Aishihik Citizen and Tahltan comic artist, illustrator, and printmaker hailing from Haines Junction (Yukon Territory). He holds a BFA in Illustration from Emily Carr University. Residing in Vancouver, Pauls has created three graphic novels: Dakwäkãda Warriors (2019), Pizza Punks (2021) and Kwändür (2022). In 2017, Pauls won Broken Pencil Magazine’s Best Comic and Best Zine of the Year Award for Dakwäkãda Warriors II. In 2020, Dakwäkãda Warriors won Best Work in an Indigenous Language from the Indigenous Voices Awards and was nominated for the Doug Wright Award categories The Egghead & The Nipper. In 2022, Artspeak gallery, Vancouver, held the first solo exhibition of Pauls’ work, Dazhän Kwändür ch’e (This is a Story).
