When you work with Seasons Catering, it’s primarily local. Since we started in 2007, we’ve been clear that seasonal, local, and flavourful food is what mattered to us—it’s why we even branded ourselves Seasons Catering. Over the years, we’ve partnered with Vancouver and Fraser Valley farms to source the freshest ingredients, building seasonal menus rich with flavour. We even handpick most of the p
roduce ourselves. Working with local businesses and suppliers is important to us. Together, we share a commitment to quality. We know that when our suppliers have pride in their product, you can taste it in our food. Fresh always speaks for itself. A DAY AT SEASONS CATERING
Our story starts in the kitchen. Every day at 4 am, our bakers are elbow deep in flour, preparing a spread of pastries to fill our breakfast orders. Before the sun is up, the rest of our team is busy crafting the days lunch orders for our corporate clients. Once the hustle of the morning calms, we move into prep mode, getting everything ready for the next day or for an upcoming event. We believe in collaboration, which is why we meet every day to brainstorm and customize menus for each of our clients. From idea sharing to overcoming challenges and going over client feedback, this is the part of the day we all look forward to. It’s what makes us Seasons Catering. OUR WHY
Cooking is how we bring joy to our clients, but seeing people happy and satisfied is why we’re in this business. The best part of our day is when we get to meet clients in person for a food tasting and see the joy on their faces after that first bite. Getting to know people and understanding how we can make their vision happen, and then making it happen, is what gets us out of bed excited every morning.
