Meet the team!
This is Sarah, everyone! Clients of mine have probably already heard me sing Sarah's praises. She is co-owner of and her and .from.rye gave my little business a home at their kitchen.

Sarah, along with being a dang delite, loves 90's and 2000's music (she's the resident DJ), has a converse collection, and a wicked dry sense of humour.

Her and Rye are gearing up for their 2024 season (check them out at on Wednesdays starting in May!) so she'll be taking a break from Chef Lauren Vincent just for the summer.

I can't wait to continue our shenanigans in the fall, Sarah!

Thank you Vernon for another amazing year. Thank you to my awesome clients, to my friends for the shoutouts, likes, referrals and hype ups. Thank you to all the other small businesses whom I got to shop from and work with this year (including .creative.studio who made these gorge ornaments for me). And of course, thank you to my husband and son for supporting me in the emotional rollercoaster that has been this year.

I am closing up shop for a week to rest, reset and spend time with family. I'll be back at it January 2.

If you don't keep miso paste in your fridge I highly recommend picking some up. It's amazing in pasta sauce , protein marinades, baking, & more. Swipe to see the brand I use.

Dinner tonight was spicy Salmon rice bowls:
-Canned salmon with Kewpie mayo, sriracha, green onions, and sesame seeds
-brown rice
-avocado
-kimchi
-edamame
-cucumbers
This can easily be prepped ahead and is customizable and inexpensive. I highly recommend it!

Brown butter. Sage. Parmesan. Chicken meatballs with orzo. My kitchen smells amazing.
