Exciting news! 🚨

After a long delay for kitchen appliances, our final piece has arrived!

We can now confidently say we will be open for business in the new year. Stay tuned for our website launch as we open our books for Spring of 2023!

We can’t wait to put all the tastiest foods from around the world in your hungry bellies! 🌎

*Additionally we’ve been busy in the kitchen working on a new item! We will be rotating a sweet or savoury galette on our menu, made with seasonal fruits or veggies. Pictured here is our zucchini and caramelized onion galette with a truffle tofu cream 😋

We’ve been cooking up a special feature for you guys! Get ready for Flatbread Fridays! 🙌🏼

Here is our take on a Tarte Flambée or Flammkuchen, a traditional Alsatian flatbread (the region in France Chef Izzy’s family is from). 🇫🇷

This variation comes with a crème fraîche base and is topped with caramelized onions, wine and honey poached plums, and herbed ricotta, then finished with prosciutto and a balsamic glaze.

More variations to come; there will be both sweet and savoury options 😋

You know what we crave on hot summer days? FISH & CHIPS!!

Okay, maybe not, but it is true for our version! Here’s a guilt free and much lighter option for those hot summer days 🌞

Introducing our final starting menu item!
Not Your Average Fish & Chips 🐟 🍉

Marinated salmon poké or marinated watermelon toona poké and rice chips (these melt in your mouth) with furikake dust. Served with cucumber, red onion, wasabi lemon mayo, mango pearls and sesame seeds.

This dish is gluten free, dairy free and vegan if you choose the watermelon toona!

We definitely aren’t monkeying around when it comes to this deliciousness! 🐒 🍌

Brioche Brandy Banana Bread Pudding infused with cardamom, finished with a brandy salted caramel sauce, and served with a scoop (or two!) of vanilla bean ice cream! 🤤

Sunday Dinner Croquettes! 🍽

A whole Sunday dinner wrapped up in a deep fried potato ball! Can you think of anything better?? 🤤

These are stuffed with shredded beef, cheddar cheese potato with a gravy center served with a horseradish mayo.

These babies have always been a favourite of our friends and family and we can’t wait for all of you to try them!

This will be the first of many flavours to come as we bring on new menu items!

These are our Crispy Pork Belly Báhn Mì street tacos served with cucumber, Saké pickled veggies, sriracha, cilantro, and your choice of black garlic or wasabi aioli.
