What a great idea!!

We are so excited to announce that we have partnered up with our friends to bring you another Puppies + Pilates event! On Saturday, March 25th our classes will be by donation with 100 percent of proceeds going directly to Raincoast so we can support them in continuing to save dogs and animals in need.

Anyone who knows me knows that I am absolutely obsessed with rescuing and helping as many dogs as possible. Over the years I have rescued a number of dogs, with my house currently full with 4! Pictured here is Kimo, my sweet old man I brought home off the streets of Nicaragua. The dogs I have fallen in love with and have been unable to take home myself, I have often convinced my family to take in instead (sorry mom and dad!) Dogs truly hold a special place in my heart and I wish I could save them all. The second best option I have is to continue to support the organizations that do amazing things for dogs in need, organizations like Raincoast.

Jesse and his team will be in studio with us on the 25th. What’s even better? They will be bringing some adoptable dogs with them for everyone to meet and cuddle up with! Not interested in working out, but still want to support? We feel that. Everyone is welcome to come by, say hi and hangout. In fact we encourage it. Have a dog at home? Bring them by to say hi too! We will have refreshments and snacks on hand and Raincoast will also have some merchandise available for purchase to further support them.

Our classes are now open for booking online and registration is required to reserve your spot. The minimum donation amount for your spot in class is $20, however if you wish to contribute more there will be the option to do so in studio on the day of. To book in simply head to our schedule page and select the class time you wish to attend from the events tab at the top of the page.

We can’t wait to come together to support this amazing rescue and of course take part in allll of the puppy snuggles.🤍
