Oh, January… the year of transformation. 😅

I’ve taken this past month to reground, establish new goals, new ways of living, balance, fulfillment, and prioritizing my own health and wellness.

Although I’ve been quiet on here, I’ve been hustling to establish a fresh trajectory for the rest of this year. Deepening my desire to be in the wellness community, I’m excited to announce I’ll be collaborating musically with Lab Studios [ .ca ] here in Victoria for some special events!

Amongst that, I’m pushing forward with my film company, , thrilled to be working with local motivational speakers, wellness practitioners, and of course, musicians. Excited to broaden my videography to include these aspects of me that are essential to my life, and others. And of course working with for another year as a wedding videographer!

It’s going to be a busy year, techno is still well and alive within my heart, breaks for creativity and growth is necessary, and… I’ll be back.

A trip to find sunshine was exactly the rejuvenation I was searching for.

Needed some time to step away and reevaluate where I’m at and where I want to be. I feel the change of seasons from Summer to Fall always get me… am I moving forward? Am I moving intuitively towards my goals? What even are my goals?

Sometimes it takes a step back to realize what you accomplish each year, and also, how your values change. Who you want to be, where you want to spend your time, and how you want to feel.

It can be difficult navigating these feelings as we continue to process life events as they fall unexpectedly into your lap. Family, friends, loved ones, physical health, mental health… it all shifts your purpose and meaning. I’m still processing some of these things but I feel positive in the direction things are moving.

Sending kind thoughts to everyone as we enter a holiday that can be difficult for some, and warm and nourishing for others. Make sure you make time for people who are important in your life, as well as yourself. Our time can be short. Don’t forget the non-material things and people that deeply, truly bring joy into your being. 🍀
