What a night to remember! On saturday, December 21st we had the honor of planning and executing Richmond Elevator's 50th Anniversary and Christmas Party- our 37th event of the season for The Bubble Bus Co.

Being asked just four weeks ago to plan the entire event for this incredible milestone was a whirlwind, but with the help of amazing team of vendors, it all came together beautifully:
🎄 The Masonic Centre in Langford was beautifully transformed into stunning celebration space by
🎶 kept the music pumping.And the joke's flowing all night
🍴 delivered a feast that was absolutely over the moon delicious
🍷 wines from and , paired perfectly with the evening

A special thank you to Emily from traveling all the way from Vancouver to capture the magic of the night. (Can't wait to share the stunning photos with you when they're ready)

A heart felt thank you to my incredible team for executing the bar flawlessly while I oversaw the rest of the evening. You made it all happen!

Sharing 💙 from .bear.sound Well the weather outside is…. actually quite beautiful!

Merry Christmas from Edie DaPonte and her fabulous jazz band. We were back again this year for the Destination Victoria Annual Christmas Luncheon.

Crystal Gardens is a unique downtown venue at the Victoria Conference Centre in the heart of the capital. It’s notoriously challenging to create a balanced and intelligible mix in what used to be an indoor pool.

Brown Bear Sound deployed an elegant and natural sounding loudspeaker system with 180-degree coverage for clear and warm reinforcement of these great players.

Always a pleasure seeing the beautiful work of Decorate Victoria and the lunch was fantastic.

💛 sharing from Saturday night's Spirit Gala was an incredible show of support from our community for the Saanich Peninsula Hospital. We're still tallying all the final numbers, but we are so grateful to share that we raised over $450,000 towards our Acute Care renovation campaign! THANK YOU. It truly takes a team to make an event like this happen, the SPHHF staff and Board were supported by many volunteers as well as generous sponsors and committed professionals. Thank you to everyone who helped make this sold out event so memorable.

Paul Haysom from was a warm and energetic host, our Auctioneer Brian Rimmer added lots of excitement to the evening, .events and brought our Dream in Gold vision to life with elegant décor and ambiance and served a delicious dinner. Thank you to for capturing the evening for us.

West Coast Weddings A Charming Family Wedding

Alexandria and Josh chose a wedding theme of love and family. Their European history was beautifully woven together with a West Coast backyard venue. This celebration was a family affair, and the care that went into every detail made this Portuguese affair glorious. There were lush flowers, a wonderfully lit reception tent, vintage gold candle holders, and perfectly set long tables.

Forest Fairytale
Myrrh and Knox tied the knot among the old-growth cedars of Vancouver Island. Their vision of romance was full of fun and quirky moments, allowing their personalities to shine. Dinosaurs were a theme as Jurassic Park is their fav movie (they started dating while watching it, naturally!). Their beloved cat made a pretty big appearance in the ceremony and, surprisingly, nailed the assignment of ring bearer.

Vows in the Vineyard

Korbin and Caitlyn’s stunning vineyard wedding at Church & State Wines on Vancouver Island inspires West Coast couples looking to impress. Every unique detail was designed by a bride with a vision who especially loves the chic aesthetic of dried grasses. Sun Kissed Winery Wedding

Jared and Olivia’s wedding day was filled with sunshine and joy. Everyone was just so happy to be there and to be together to celebrate such a beautiful wedding. It was one of the first post-COVID weddings without restrictions, and it showed. Of course, there were some setbacks along the way as decisions were changed, changed, and changed again. As often happens, all these changes ended up creating an even better day than the couple and family had imagined.
