Now that we are slightly recovered from an amazing 🤩 weekend. I’d like to give a huge heartfelt ❤️ thank you to all of those incredible community members who were a part of making sLow N’ Sleepy. Peejays N’ Deejays Vol.2. such an incredible event!

This post would be really long if I tried to name everyone that came together on this and put their time, energy and love into it! Instead I would like to say how grateful we are to our amazing host Francis Hillier aka Darren!!
He put a lot of trust in us and we are really thankful he feels the event was a huge success and that the Island Harmony Collective crew, Sam, Alexa, Ryan, and Charles, took great care to do a professional job and look after his place like it was our own. ❤️

To all of the amazing volunteers who helped us pull this off! The incredible DJ’s who all completely rocked their sets! Our security, harm reduction, shuttle driver, professional chefs and the EDM queen of decor Katie! Thank you so much for all of your time, expertise, energy and passion!

To all of my fellow IHC members who put in countless hours into making this come to life in such an amazing 🤩 way. I am blessed to work with you. Truly.

Last but absolutely not least. A huge thank you to all of our attendees who bought tickets 🎫 to our event. It is for you that we continue to pour our hearts into creating memorable events for our community to enjoy! Hearing how much you enjoyed it and seeing the smiles on your faces is all the fuel we need to keep on doing what we do!

Last but definitely not least it’s time for our final DJ Highlight to complete this fire 🔥 lineup for our second edition of Peejays N’ Deejays. sLow N’ Sleepy. Peejays N’ Deejays Vol.2.

I had the pleasure of catching one of Sleepy sets up in Cumberland this year and was very impressed with his performance. He had the dance floor packed and the energy level through the roof.
He also performed multiple sets at Otherworld this year and killed it on each stage he played at.
We knew we wanted to do a second edition to last years PJ’s & DJ’s and after seeing Sleepy play at OW the idea for SLow N’ Sleepy was born!

Sleepy alone is an amazing addition to any lineup but he asked if he could do a B2B with his good friend and fellow north island DJ DylPrickle and he got a solid hell yah from us!

You’re in for a great time when the Big D’s hit the decks tomorrow night! This will be my first time experiencing The Big D’s set and I’m stoked to hear them bring it!
Sleepy and Dyl will be bringing 4 CDJ 3000’s and a DJM V10 courtesy of Gemini Rentals!!

It wouldn’t be a sLow N’ Sleepy. PJ party 🎉 without the next DJ we are highlighting tonight! I’d say introduce but there’s not many people in our EDM community here on the island that don’t know Sam Low! Sam burst onto the scene in 2022 and in a relatively short time made a name for himself as a talented mixer and multi genre DJ! He’s very active in the community supporting many groups by playing at their events, providing sound and lighting as well as assisting with venue procurement. Sam is pulling out all of the gear he has for this one and Ive heard he’s creating a set unlike any he’s done before. We are really looking forward to seeing what he has prepared for us for Saturday night!

The year is 2022.
Crowds are SLow-ly emerging from their post-pandemic dwellings; The people hunger for frivolous entertainment and something “different”. Mr. S. Low had grown tired of listening to his grandparents’ vinyl collection and decided to pull on his Blundstones to brave a journey outside in search of new beats. He had not travelled far when he met a band of carefree, lively DJs. They talked and danced until, many hours later, weary and tired, S. Low left the old vinyl-filled warehouse in search of more bass. But where could he find new tracks, raw sound, dope beats and BPMs to make a crowd sweat and bounce? That’s when it hit him like a heavy 808... “I’ll make my own!” he declared.
And that was how it all began...

The original ‘GirlOnWax’, DJ Leanne is proud to celebrate 30 years of DJing House Music.
She spins House in many forms: Jackin to funky, dirty, (always bass-line friendly) to Deep
House & Tech House. It’s her true passion! In 2023 she DJ'ed opening sets for some of her
Chicago House Music heroes: DJ Sneak, DJ Heather & Derrick Carter. She had the honour
of spinning on The Living Room stage at The Shambhala Music Festival (2022) and the
Groove Cruise (Miami: 2020 & 2019). In her career thus far, she’s honoured to have spun
opening sets for DJ Sneak, Mark Farina, Kenny Glasgow, Kaskade, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Boy
George, Armand Van Helden, Roy Davis Jr. & Miguel Migs & Lisa Shaw, to name a few.

We are so excited that Kerrilynn Noble was all in for sLow N’ Sleepy when we asked her to join us!

Kerrilyn is Art director at Fourth Cycle Productions and the owner of Esoteric Realms.

She is also a vendor/member of the Rave Boutique alongside Kayla Healey who will be vending with us as well at her first IHC event. 🙂

The Island Harmony crew are excited to bring back some amazing local artists that were part of the original Peejays N’Deejays at Hermans Upstairs last year.
Having these talented individuals showcase their art adds an element to our events that we absolutely love ❤️

The first artist/vendor we are highlighting had a busy summer this year bringing her creations to events such as Soar, Virus 3 , Shambhala, Otherworld and Samsara. Her portals are definitely a favourite for attendees at these events and create a unique and artistic opportunity for incredible photographic memories.
