When we purchased an acerage, we knew we would build organic cut flower gardens. I knew it was a dream of mine for far too long! very first two garden beds were created and then the world shut down. All things stopped for PFD and the gardens became my place slow down, reflect and help me through the insane COVID era. Seeding and nurturing the flowers that first summer was the best thing I could have done for my soul. Now, in our 5th year of cut flower growing, we’ve expanded to 7 plots and this year building platinums_greenhouse! It’s been such a journey, thank you for tagging along.

Let’s talk about !!! This entire bridal bouquet except the white roses, were all grown direct from our organic cutting gardens!!!
We typically choose our flower varieties based on current wedding and event booking/trends for the following year. Our 2025 seeds have been 75% chosen already but should you book in the next couple of months, we can still order unique blooms just for your special day!
We focus on unique blooms not often offered via the flower wholesalers making your bouquet have a unique edge to it!
We love that we can offer our clients the most sustainable and freshest blooms right here in our gardens. Doesn’t get any better than that!

Where do I start? I guess, firstly HAPPY NEW YEAR. 2025 has already started out with a massive bang and I’m very much looking forward to all the things it’s bringing. I’ve been so MIA but solely because it’s been absolutely insane with events, holiday decor, workshops and all things awesome. We’d like to welcome a few new members to our Platinum journey ..

Anddddddd eep! first onsite meeting with our contractors, excavators and concrete pourers are meeting this weekend! We spent the holidays clearing the land and having bonfires to lay way for the magic. Fewwwwww so much goodness and in forever grateful!
