Each and every one of us are a vulnerable and variable mix of shadow and light.

Our shadow and light / yin and yang fluctuates as it interacts with various environments, our values, our nervous systems, and each other.

Sometimes our light is shining bright and our inner cup is full we feel more ease, flow, peace and joy.
..sometimes our light feels dim and we feel heavy under our to do list,
our should list,
and our self limiting beliefs,
our intense feelings, worries and reactions, and... ( fill in the blank).

The problem is that most people only post and share their Highlights not their low lights. This creates the ILLUSION of PERFECTION.
This leads to comparison, self doubt, self judgment , stress and isolation.

When you say YES to IGNITE , all of YOU is WELCOME!!!

When You are present in IGNITE, you are giving yourself a safe place to pause , reflect, release, and soak up some creative unconditional love and joy.

You also give yourself an opportunity to gather in a safe circle of belonging with other heart centered women who are being authentic.

Hacking continues. Now this "Sharon" person is emailing my contact list about an e-transfer re: a prepaid Visa card. Bad, bad hackers. Still trying to shut down by email but it's complicated. I am sure most of you are savvy to hackers, but in case you think it might be me, please do not respond to any emails claiming to be me that are asking for money! Thank you.

Who's Coming? I'll be there today to mix and mingle, laugh and twinkle, talk and jingle. Yes, I'll be there with bells on! Maybe not literal bells but then again, who knows?
