Engagement photos ✨

A lot of couples who are looking for a documentary photos / candid style are often not sure whether they should have engagement photos taken or not.

I think traditionally, engagement photos were always posed, stiff, set up styled shoots and that is not what a couple looking for a documentary style typically want.

My ethos when it comes to engagement photos is always moments over poses.

Happy Christmas Eve Eve!

Feeling bittersweet that this will be our last Christmas in Alberta [for a while]. Though as I sit here nursing my husband post surgery for the third time this year, I’m glad that I’m only having to shovel the light fluffy AB snow and not that heavy wet lake effect snow by myself 😆
