Being Positive in everything you do! Thanks for another wonderful year at Turning Point Promotions!!

Being Positive, Let me give you Six Ideas...

1. Practice Gratitude. Be grateful for everything and everyone.
2. Two steps forward...Do not judge others, Do not focus on failures, don't complain especially about work..be glad you can work. Don't criticize yourself ~ if you do.. catch yourself and give yourself two positive affirmations!!. I will love myself. I will finish this post! ha ha ha
3. Positive Posture ~ your body works together with your Brain for a more positive Mindset...No slouchers!! Upright - shoulders back -stomach in...breath deep in through the nose fill your lungs to the max and slowly let out your mouth. Do this 3 times after you catch yourself slouching. Soon you will make a new good habit.
4. Smile ~ Just this will make you more positive. Smile at someone else and this is a brain booster!! Some will even smile back at you and then you know you've mastered the smile.
5. Ditch the Crabs!! You know those people who pull you down steal your dreams and squash your hope? Gracefully change the subject or remove yourself from those kind of people.
6. Do something Kind ~Pay it forward (Time/Money) you will always be rewarded ~ God's Payroll. Also be kind to yourself and reward yourself for a job well done! You deserve it!!
