Hepcats looking sparkly at the Winter Soiree hosted by Steel City Swing. Sources say it was a night of dancing with friends to the lovely music of The Savoy Band at Ancaster's Old Town Hall, a gorgeous historic venue.

What a turnout! More than 40 wonderful dancers turned out at the Monday Night Social Dance at Hepcats which included a bonus lesson for dancers who'd completed the recent lesson series.
Thanks to Dylan and Jeff for making it happen.
Also, congratulations and thanks to Hepcats newest dancers for venturing out to join us.
There's a whole new lesson series starting in Jan. 2025. Stay tuned for details!

By all accounts the Community Outreach Dance at the Court at Laurelwood was a huge success! It was a collaboration between the fantastic KW Kool Swing Band, Hepcat Swing, and the residents and staff at the Court at Laurelwood. The after dance get together with the dancers and band was also a hit!

There are more Outreach Dances coming up in the new year! Come, be part of the fun and meet some lovely and lively seniors.

Mon. Dec. 9 is a special social dance night at Hepcats. For people who've taken lessons during the Nov./Dec. 2024 series, Jeff and Dylan are offering a FREE bonus class featuring new dance steps. Entrance to the 8:00pm social dance is also FREE.

If you missed out on Nov./Dec. classes, still plan to join us. Entrance to the social dance only is the same price. The cost for the social dance + the bonus class is $25.00.

A new series of 6-week classes starts during the week of Jan. 6, 2025. Keep an eye on the Hepcats website. Details will be posted soon.

Part 2 of Hepcats Blues Stew was dancing at the KW Naval Association to the lively tunes of the KW Kool Swing Band. This band is a 18 person group of top flight musicians who know how to get a crowd dancing. We are so grateful to this band for providing the music for a special night.

Wow! Blues Stew at Hepcats was a full and fabulous day and a huge success! Bravo to Amy who made her joyful vision for Blues Stew a reality. Also, many thanks to our excellent dance instructors and to the community who makes Hepcats a fun and vibrant place to hang out.

Our friends at Steel City Swing would love to see Hepcats at their Winter Soirée at the historic Old Town Hall in Ancaster on Saturday, December 14th. The Savoy Band will be playing, so it should be a great event. The space is limited - there are only 60 tickets and many have already been sold. Swing Out to Victory was a blast last night. It was great to see multiple dance scenes coming together at an event! SOTV sold out super fast this year, so if you missed out on this amazing event, you will want to get your tickets as soon as they come out - likely sometime in the summer.
