Freebird's Traveling Eatery

Excited to serve the Niagara Region, Freebird’s Traveling Eatery will dish out a seasonally rotating selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, pastries, and beverages, inspired by the beautiful local farms. Freebird’s offers a selection of flavor-bursting comfort foods and beverages made with ingredients you can feel good about. Our freshly made lemonades and iced teas are sweetened with local honey

or other natural sweeteners such as agave or maple syrup. We make our own oat milk, almond milk, and some coffee syrups to have an option free of harmful oils and sugar alcohols. While we are happy these are healthier choices, that is not a focal point of Freebird’s offerings and sugars can be found in some of our our bbq chicken and Brisket rubs and of course baked goods. We don't use fryers, no artificial colors or flavors go into our recipes. The summer and spring menus feature mainly finger foods, sandwiches, and salads. Fall and winter include more hot bites like stuffed shells, cabbage rolls, and soups and stews, with an extended catering menu that offers full smoked briskets, turkey, ham, pastas and more!
