Headed up by chef Rebecca Hunt, Picnic launched in 2014 as the first food truck in The County. Her focus on seasonal ingredients and healthy options soon evolved to include catering services for events big and small. As she outgrew her beloved red and white checkered truck, Picnic PEC became a Picton Main Street bakeshop and cafe. Today, Picnic PEC has come full circle and focuses exclusively on intimate event catering.
