Another Sunday cooking with the Hants West Food Action Council . This week, we did chili. 104 portions of it.

Our chili can be found FREE of charge at POSSE Project , Hants Shore Community Health Centre , Friends of The Hantsport Public Library and the Windsor community center.

It was a lovely evening cooking a Vegan feast for Foodartnature at the Wolfville farmers market.
Tonight on the menu, Italian appetizers plate, wild mushrooms risotto and coconut panacotta with blueberry basil coulis.

Another lovely evening cooking at in Windsor. Tonight started with a pasta making workshop where the guests learned to make homemade ravioli. Than they sat down and enjoyed their labor of love.

Another successful soup making day Hants West Food Action Council . Did you know that our soup help feed the homeless population a daily meal? We are the only food program in town that support their daily needs with a healthy, delicious, made from scratch soup.

Today we did 124 portions of cabbage rolls soup.

Day 2 of the Valley Wine Fest at the old ochard inn in Wolfville. Testing 1pm till 4 pm and 5 pm till 8 pm. There is still some tickets available at the door.

Finally the season of cooking is starting. Today we are preparing for the Valley Wine Festival this weekend in Wolfville.

Today we are cooking Moroccan lamb meatballs in spicy tomatoes sauce (Kefta Mkaoura). We are using local lamb from lamb cooperative.

Another week of soup making. Today the Hants West Food Action Council we made 128 Italian Soup, full of Italian sausage, vegetables and noodles.

Today was soup day at the Hants West Food Action Council. We did 139 beef barley soup. A huge thank you to for the constant supply of youth volunteers.
