On our website the menu items you see are from meals that we have cooked in the past. We have a 32' mobile kitchen that we can take with us to events and cook everything fresh on site.
We can be as formal or informal as you would like. Prices are determined by a list of factors;
- what menu items are chosen
- where the event is
- how many people
- what style the meal is to be served (buffet/country/plated)
- pick-up
- on site or
delivered
An example of a basic menu served Buffet style (with Buffet being the most economical way to serve a meal) would include chicken, potato, salad, vegetable, meatless pasta, bun, for a current price of $20.00 per person plus HST. Meals served Country style will require more staff therefore more cost will be applied as well as meals served Plated style which is the most costly of the three serving styles. We have many additional options that include items such as coffee / tea, desserts, appetizers, if you want additional meat or vegetables, large chinette paper plates, plastic cutlery etc. The price is adjusted accordingly. We offer free sit-down consultations to discuss what type of menu you would like. Then if you commit to our services we will have you come for a free tasting of the menu you choose to confirm your selections.
