We regret to inform you that, due to the recent increase in wildfire activity and related safety concerns, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Callaghan Mountain Mixer Festival scheduled for August 17, 2024
The safety and well-being of our community is our top priority, and given the current circumstances, we believe this is the most responsible course of action. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
All ticket holders will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original method of payment within the next two business days. If you have not received your refund by August 11, please contact us at 905.616.5391.
