🍽️ Exciting News! Join Chef Stephanie Brewster for our new summer cooking classes! 🌞✨

👩‍🍳 **June 25**: Buns, Buns, Buns – Master sticky buns, brioche buns, and perfect burger buns.

🍞 **July 4**: Barbeque Breads – Learn to grill pizza, focaccia, and flatbread.

🍑 **August 8**: Stone Fruit Delights – Create French fruit tarts, stone fruit jams, preserves, and pies.

Chef Stephanie has been teaching for almost 20 years. Her proficiency in both Culinary and Pastry provides a unique perspective to food, which she loves to share with her students.

Stephanie has always enjoyed a challenge. After 12 years as a Culinary Professor at Fanshawe College, she became the first Chopped Canada Champion. She decided to take a break from teaching and returned to the industry she adored in various management roles before branching out on her own, opening a Tapas Bar with her husband.

She returned to teaching, joining the team at George Brown College, where she has been teaching for the past 6 years.
