Homemade Cultured Butter I added Greek yoghurt to the whipping cream, left it on the counter overnight, put it back in the fridge to chill and then whipped it into butter curds, and buttermilk. Rinse the butter until the water was clear and there you have cultured butter.! It is for sale however I’m not sure what the price is yet. I’ll have to figure that out and get back to you.! #culturedbutter #madewithlove ❤️ #homemadebutter

Birthday Cheesecake. My sons preferred birthday cake 🎂

Sourdough Boule with organic did and rosemary $12 800 gm. Order now, they sell out quickly!

Chicken patties - we first roast whole chickens with garlic, lemons and onions. The chickens rest on whole carrots while roasting in a Dutch oven. Once the chickens are done, debone. The remaining vegetables stay in the pot and are now simmering carrot and ginger soup. The roast chicken goes into the food processor on pulse with a few roast carrots and onion along with a few roasted lemon quarters. Paprika, herbed panko, s&p, garlic, parsley shaped into balls then patties. Fried in olive oil. Served with tomato basil salsa and aioli in mini naan bread
