Let’s talk about S & A’s dreamy Fall wedding 💒

Take a look at some of the snapshots of this unforgettable day with a little behind the scenes ✨

What did we do to make their vision a reality?

-met with bride and groom to finalize timeline
-helped with organization during rehearsal
-communicated with all the lovely vendors we got to work alongside
-decorated with last minute touches
-made quick decisions based off of weather changes
-escorted guests from car to venue with an umbrella to ensure they stayed dry
-organized ceremony procession
-throughout reception, ensured everyone was working on the same timeline

Some details from N & M’s special day ✨

What did coordinating include for us yesterday?

-Setting up the wedding sign and seating chart
-Setting up cocktail tables and propane heaters
-Setting up dessert table
-Guiding guests during transition times
-On going communication with MC and vendors to ensure we were all on the same timeline
-Ensuring propane tanks, lights, and portable washrooms were working efficiently
-Cleaning up through out the night
-Lighting all candles and propane heaters

Oh, and our personal favourite- redirecting a 🐸 friend in the reception area back outside.

It really was a magical day! ✨
