We still have orders for paczki available. Also we have been asked by a few people if we can have them ready for this coming Thursday. Traditionally, in Poland, people celebrate Shrove Thursday instead of Shrove Tuesday. So we will be offering our paczki for order for this upcoming Thursday as well. Have a great Sunday!

Hello Everyone! We are excited to announce that we will be taking orders again for homemade paczki for Shrove Tuesday this year (Tuesday, March 1st). We will be taking pre orders until Sunday February 27th and will again only be doing a limited quantity! Like last year, these fresh and homemade paczki will be $9/6 paczki and will only be with rose filling again. Thank you to everyone who ordered last year and giving us a reason to bring them back!

A summer fruit cake for someone with a severe nut allergy. A stacked design was ordered again but this time we topped the cake with different types of fruits. Also with lockdowns easing up, we will be posting more frequently and begin offering more seasonal items very soon. We will be posting some new limited run items in the not too distant future. Recently we were asked to bake a birthday cake for someone with a severe allergy to nuts. It was difficult for them to find a cake at stores, especially in the midst of the pandemic. We took on this order to help them out and hopefully make their day a little better. This cake was, of course, all organic, and a simple naked stacked design. Italian merengue was used on the outside and organic raspberry was added to the merengue to achieve the color for the roses. We love to help out others and love to take on simple or new challenges. Today we feature our egg and "Babka" pound cake options from our Easter treats! This is a family favorite and our friends always ask us about them! These are great as decorative pieces for the table and we typically will enjoy them with coffee or tea!

We've been busy over here in Nowa Kitchen preparing goodies for you to put into your Easter baskets. Here is an example of some of the delicious treats you can order for the holidays:

The Lamb, Easter Eggs and Small "Babka" aka Bundt Cake are all made from a traditional Polish pound cake recipe.

The large Easter Egg and bunny cookies are made from shortbread.

As always made with organic ingredients and pre orders will be taken until March 31st! Message us for more information!

Today we are featuring our cottage cheese and bacon filled pierogies. Back in the day when I was growing up, this kind of pierogi was one of the most popular in Poland. This is 1 of 2 filling options that has meat inside and is our only option that includes bacon in the filling. DM us to get your hands on this delicious option.
