Wedding and Event Planning services, located in Windsor Ontario. At Occasions of Elegance we understand that not everyone has a large budget to spend on decor and setting the mood for your event. Maybe you need to put more funds towards your meal, transportation, venues, etc. But that does not mean you can not have the decor you want or have envisioned for your event. We work with all sizes of bu

dgets, to ensure every one of our clients have the event of their dreams. Occasions of Elegance offers everything from Event planning, event design, decor, rentals, and chocolate fountain rentals. Occasions of elegance is proud to offer free consultations for every client.

~ All of Occasions of Elegance cakes are homemade, with the best ingerients. Every cake is custom made to order, fresh and never frozen.

~ Ordering information
I personally work with each client and since all our cakes are made to order, we generally require orders be placed 2-3 weeks prior to date needed. However do not hesitate to contact us even if your request does not fall with in the time frame, as we often have last minute openings.

~ Payment and Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, remainder of payment is due no later then 7 days prior to event.

~ Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation there will be an automatic forfeiting of the 50% deposit and any other amount paid will be fully refunded to the client. If the cancellation happens with less than 14 days until the event date there will be no refund.

~ Delivery:
Delivery ranges within the Windsor/ Essex county Area from $10.00 - $50.00.

All orders must be paid by etransfer.
**No refunds- as supplies are ordered as needed.

Send us a message with your order. Make sure to include your full name, phone number and email. Indicate which option(s) you would like to order and your colour preference if ordering the Elf Arrival arrangement. Also ensure to indicate if you need to add extra treat bags to your arrangement.



All orders will receive a confirmation and invoice. Orders MUST be paid for within 24hrs from time order was placed. If orders are not paid for within 24hrs, I will move to the wait list.



❄️❄️❄️Each arrangement has limited quantities. Stock sells out. I will have a wait list that I will move to if orders are not paid for with in the time frame.



❄️Elf Arrival Balloon Arrangements $35

(Orders will be taken until Nov. 21st)



PICK UP DATE: Nov. 29th from 10am to 1pm and

6pm to 9pm



Make a statement with your Elf Arrival this year!

Each arrangement includes your Elf (you must drop your Elf off to us by NOV.24th!) Mylar "Look who's back!" Star topper in your choice of red or green. Coordinating latex base, top and mini balloons inside with your Elf. Arrangement also comes with an "I'm back" letter scroll.

****Please NOTE: only 1 Elf per balloon



*** Add a Christmas Hot Cocoa Treat Cup for only $10ea!

PICK UP: Class/School December 19th from 5pm to 8pm

FAMILY: December 23rd from 10am to 4pm



We have 2 size options for these arrangements. These arrangements come as a red latex balloon, with white collar, Mini balloon gifts, a randomly selected mini mylar and Christmas pick to POP your arrangement.
