Religious services, Weddings, Funerals capped at max of 10 people indoor/outdoor

About the state of emergency and provincewide stay-at-home order.
As COVID-19 cases continue to rise at an alarming rate, a state of emergency and provincewide stay-at-home order are in effect as of Thursday, April 8, at 12:01 a.m.

Weddings, funerals and other religious services, rites or ceremonies:

Physical distancing must be maintained and
guests must wear masks or face coverings.
Capacity limits:
indoors: 15% capacity of the room
outside: the number of people that can maintain two metres and physical distance from each other.

The Ontario Government has eased the rules for outdoor wedding ceremonies (this does not apply to receptions) effective on Monday, March 29th. This applies province-wide regardless of colour code of your zone.
From the press release:

Wedding, Funeral and Religious Services, Rites and Ceremonies
The province is also modifying outdoor capacity limits for weddings, funerals, and religious services, rites or ceremonies held in regions in all levels of the Framework. Effective Monday, March 29, 2021 at 12:01 a.m., capacity limits for weddings, funerals, and religious services, rites or ceremonies, will be adjusted to allow for the number of individuals that can maintain two metres of physical distance. This change does not apply to social gatherings associated with these services, such as receptions.
Targeted enforcements are being applied, with an enhanced focus in public health regions identified in the Yellow-Protect, Orange-Restrict, Red-Control and Grey-Lockdown levels. This includes conducting field visits to check for compliance with the Reopening Ontario (A Flexible Response to COVID-19) Act, 2020 (ROA).
