Our first event for the fall and winter season is coming up in 24 days! I saw this TiKTok and felt the need to share it. This is the drive behind my events and my “What’s Your Story?” Campaign. There is such a need to help end the stigma associated with mental health, to raise awareness for suicide prevention and to help those struggling with addiction and substance abuse. You are not alone. There are resources out there to help you! Please reach out~ you don’t have to do this alone. Don’t think you have to do this alone ❤️

These keychains were such a hit at the last event! We’ve got a full bowl ready to go for Saturday! $3 each Full proceeds go to our year end donation for the Canadian Mental Health Association 💚 They are available at the door!
