I am always heartbroken when I hear a couple has split up. I wish them nothing but the best and hope they find love again.

When you check your email and you find they have worked things out, gotten back together and a wedding is on! When they say they couldn't image their day without you, it puts tears in your eyes.

This is the best news, and I am so happy for this couple. I care so much for all my couples. It's why I continue to do this.

Pre-loved bridal gowns bring with them a host of benefits and qualities you can feel good about—from environmental impact to budget-friendly price tags—and crucially, there’s nothing lost in wearing a consignment bridal gown on your wedding day.

For decades, brides felt it important to wear purpose-made, just-for-them wedding dresses on the big day. And back to the larger point of this discussion: while pinning out your favourite trend and saving on your budget is great, buying a pre-loved gown from a local consignment studio is an excellent way to minimize the environmental impact your wedding will have.

I have really learned a lot about myself taking this break. I just circled the sun again, and I am enjoying this time alone.

I have been reflecting upon myself and what I want out of First Chapter. It's my baby, my pride and joy.

I have a year to revamp and make some wonderful changes for my clients.
