Having some Hypno fun at Christmas Party

To the people of Winnipeg, Windsor Park and surrounding areas, Tiffany, myself (Beverly) and our family would like to thank the people of Winnipeg and surrounding areas for your generous donations in support of Emma-Lee’s toy drive. We cannot express our gratitude for your kind donations. Emma was always a happy child, even when she was at her sickest. She always had a smile for everyone that came in contact with her. Her positive attitude is what we want to remember and share with everyone. This is why this toy drive is so important to our family, having a child in the hospital is an extremely stressful, expensive and difficult time, and it intensifies over the holiday season for most families, as the child that is in the hospital wants nothing more than to be home with their siblings and family on Christmas morning. Although we were never in the hospital over the Christmas season as Emma passed away December 3, 2017 we were however in the hospital on Easter morning, and the Easter bunny left Emma a simple little ball and a blanket, Emma was so excited to have that little plastic ball, a new toy to play with and we had that happy memory of Emma forever. When we were in the process of planing Emma’s Celebration of life we realized how precious those little memories are, as it was all we had left. At that time we decided in Lieu of flowers for Emma’s funeral we’d asked for toys so maybe we could create a positive and happy memory for the families and children that were still in the hospital, fighting the fight. This began our annual toy drive in Emma’s memory. There are no words to express how grateful we are for the donations we receive for our toy drive except Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. The Grant Family
