We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to handle phone calls and take orders for our flower shop. This position is essential for providing excellent customer service and ensuring our clients have a smooth ordering experience.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Provide information about our products, pricing, and services.
* Assist with special requests and arrangements.
* Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills.
* Customer service experience preferred.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Basic knowledge of floral arrangements is a plus but not required.
Hours:
* Monday- Friday part-time
