Dinner includes all of your fav sea creatures; lobster, crab, shrimp, mussels, crawfish and the fixings, including red lobster style biscuits.

Jumped in to help the fabulous team at @prairiekitchen_catering this weekend. Was a breeze as Chef Matt had everything ready and tasty. The group was fabulous and was more than happy to come help out.

@goodneighbourbrewing Irish Cream Coffee Stout. Reduced the beer to concentrate it and soaked those white curds in the beautifully contrasting blackness of the coffee stout. Will soak and wash these wheels for the next 2 months with this beer! I'm already excited about this one!
