Good morning! Do you have any old Glenlee CC Vikings or Norberry CC Royals jerseys, socks and or memorabilia hanging around in a corner of your house and don't know what to do with them? The St. Vital Museum is looking for items from all the area CC's that they can add to a display. If you do, let us know and we can make arrangements to get it to them.
These are pictures of the display at the Norberry site, but we would like to keep these here :-)

With the warm weather and sun today, we are asking people to stay off the rinks until after 6 pm tonight. This will give us an opportunity to clean them after the sun goes down.

Prenatal Yoga held at NGCC Sunday mornings!

We are thrilled to once again be offering TWO weekly Prenatal Yoga classes starting in September!

Sundays at 9:30am in St. Vital at Norberry-Glenlee CC

Tuesdays at 7pm in Elmwood at East Elmwood CC

Prenatal yoga will encourage a more comfortable and relaxed pregnancy - preparing the body and mind for labour, delivery, and postpartum adjustments. These yoga classes will include: flexibility, strength, breath-work and relaxation.

All fitness levels and stages of pregnancy are welcome. No prior yoga experience is needed.

Rinks at both sites are being cleared this morning so people can come out and get their last daytime skates in before heading back to work/school next week.

The ODR's and buildings will remain CLOSED today to ensure that we can save the rinks for use going forward. Looks like it will get colder overnight tonight, so we will hopefully have the rinks up and running again tomorrow!
We ask that you PLEASE stay off the rinks today! Although it looks like they are frozen, they are not frozen all the way through.

As of 2 pm December 27th, rinks at both sites are closed. They are covered with water and are unsafe. Will update again tomorrow once we survey the damage.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone! NGCC office will be closed at noon on Christmas Eve (buildings will be open until 5 pm for skaters). We will re-open on Friday, December 27th.

Our Traditional Karate program that takes place on Mondays and Thursdays is having an Open House on Monday, January 6th for anyone interested in checking out their program.
