Sheila Mary is an exuberant woman whose life inspires, encourages and motivates people no matter the room she occupies. She cherishes every moment she gets to spend with her family and loved ones. y had an intuition that she was destined for more. Today Sheila mentors and coaches people from all walks of life to unlock their unique, God-given potential. Her powerful program, Unlocking Your Potential: the 9 Keys to Success, is designed to help people uncover the root issues of their traumas, heal, and embrace a life of joy and freedom. Everyone, Sheila believes, has a small flicker of hope within that just needs some help to be fanned into a flame. Nonetheless, that contagious positive energy and fearless faith are not without severe personal trials of her own. Sheila has been there and done that. Yet through it all, she finds the grace to battle through intense difficulties and rewrite the endings of harsh plot twists. Indeed, Sheila walks the talk day in and day out. Outside of coaching and mentoring, Sheila is a motivational speaker and an active advocate as a Big Sister for B.B.B.S. She has also been an advocate for Take Back the Night and Shine the Light (Survivors Voices Oxford). In 2016 Sheila created and directed the play Unlocking Your Potential. The highly praised show touched many lives and was yet another indication that Sheila’s life would one day bless the world at large. Outside of her purpose-driven life, Sheila enjoys kayaking, hiking, relaxing at the beach, teaching fitness, and enjoying the beauty of a sunset.
