We offer a wide range of cooking experiences, from two-hour sessions to full-day courses, for both adults and children. We believe great food doesn’t have to be complicated; and we know that with a little guidance and a sprinkling of inspiration we can get anyone cooking delicious food that everyone wants to eat. Kids: In conjunction with Verbier Tourisme, we provide kids' cookery workshops for ch

ildren ages 7-11, every Sunday throughout the winter, from 2-3pm for only 30chf (or 50% off with a VIP pass). Reserve your kids’ spots with the tourist office (https://www.verbier.ch/hiver/offres/atelier-cuisine-pour-enfants-verbier-fr-hiver-2993800/) at least 24 hours in advance and your kids will spend an hour having fun and learning essential skills. You could also organise a cookery class for a birthday celebration with friends – perfect for young and old alike! We can also provide family classes (or even a series of classes) so that you can all learn something new and have fun together. Adults: We also, of course, offer private adults’ classes, tailor-made according to your needs. Let us plan a chocolate workshop for a birthday treat, an evening class for your team-building event or simply take a break from the slopes to master some new skills in the kitchen! We will be closed for a brief holiday from Wednesday 28 Aug, to Monday 2 September inclusive. We will reopen for the Autumn on Tuesday 3 September and look forward to seeing you all then.

We are in the process of re-stocking our freezers, and there are quite a few main courses and other dishes available, so do pop by next week to have a browse and a chat.

This stunning chocolate mud cake with white chocolate ganache coating, was painted in buttercream by the exceptionally talented Laura Porteous Art and delivered to Le Rouge Restaurant & Après-Ski yesterday for a wedding organised by RSVP Events.

Mountain Thyme, in collaboration with Laiterie de Verbier, are delighted to offer you our delicious homemade gelato-style ice cream. Perfect for hot summer’s days!

Made with the fresh unpasteurised milk direct from our Verbier cows, and Valais apricots from our local producers.

You can find it in the freezer in the shop at the Laiterie in Village, and also at Mountain Thyme HQ in Versergeres.
