Tiramisu cake ❤️ this one was for me! Yay! 💃🏻I had this in my head for so long, and I made it 2 years ago but wasn’t completely satisffied with it, so I made it again and I made it better! And it was indeed very good. Soft sponge cake, soaked just right with coffe and and fluffy (and not too sweet) mascarpone cream. And cocoa powder in between each layer. Just 👌🏻

🍋 Lemon 🍋 cookies filled with lemon custard🌼🌱 These are inspired by the peach cookies, which I really want to make soon. I think they turned out so cute 😍 and they are really delicious. The cookies are dunked in lemon syrup, filled with the and then dipped in sugar, which gives them a soft center and a crunchy exterior.

This cake was FUN! I got to try new techniques, like trying to recreate waves with buttercream, and foamy waves with reice paper. LOVED IT. Also, how fun is the little ship being attacked by the Kraken?
This was a filled with banana and pecans.

Black forest cake for 25 people. Delicious chocolate cake layers with cherry compote (as fresh cherries were not in season when I made it) and chantilly. No Kirsch as that was the preference🤗. Im always shocked when I see a black forest cake without cherries inside, as that is one of the important components 😂

This cake was created with the question “what does victory taste like?” (Thank you Cate for the inspiration) and to me victory tastes like an explosion of flavour, like you want to burst out of happiness. So, this cake is filled with raspberry compote and passion fruit curd, and little popping candy and white chocolate pebles. It is safe to say that it was a success 🤗
