Made with Love

“Made with Love” is why we do what we do. Love of food, people and our world. We offer great quality, flavorful and authentic food that is fast, instead of the standard fast food concept of low quality food that is not made with love, but made for profit.

We have two food trucks, Cevapcici Made with Love (est. 2012) and Burrito Bandito (est. 2016). Oktay Kureyshi and Nando Portmann started hitting the streets of Bern with their Cevapcici burgers in 2012. This was the start of The Lunchbox; using Oktay’s Family Recipe, and Nando’s food truck building skills, they created one of the first food trucks in Switzerland, and the only authentic Cevapcici burger. In 2016, Sam Sager joined the family with his dream of offering the only true California Burrito in Bern and in his opinion, Switzerland. He has had 24 years of Burrito Eating Experience (B.E.E.) during his upbringing in California, ensuring that the cali-styled burritos are true to their California roots.
