There will never be enough words to describe the work the Gianna and her team puts forth to create life's special moments. We had the honor of working with Gianna for our destination wedding in Montreux. From the first phone call, Gianna listened to our vision and shared with us all that could be possible, budgets, expectations in complete transparency. We hired her for her exceptional professionalism and honesty-- she exceeded every expectation throughout the process.

We wanted to have a modern Middle Eastern wedding requiring vendors of Arab tradition. Gianna found vendors that not only traveled to be with us but were truly the most incredible and performed to the highest degree. She found perfect details, shopped endlessly to find the items that would make our event that much more special. She worked tirelessly to make our day the most magical unforgettable day of our lives and the lives of our guests.

Not only is she hardworking and a true professional, she is truly one of the most genuinely caring, loving, generous person we have met. Gianna is more than a wedding planner, she stood for us as family. She changed our lives beyond an event. We are grateful of all that she is, does, and continues to do for her beloved clients. You will be so happy to work with this amazing woman and her incredible team.

A year ago we celebrated the baptism of little Louis and little Roméo.

The joy and love that filled the air was just magical. It's amazing how time flies, and yet the memories of that day remain precious.
From the joyous ceremony to the heartfelt celebrations, it was a day of immense blessings and gratitude. Little Louis and little Roméo, may your lives be filled with love, happiness and the guidance of a wonderful family.

A couple's first dance may seem daunting to the future bride and groom. The idea of taking the stage in front of your nearest and dearest : this will certainly be one of the most intimate moments of your wedding celebration. But start by knowing that your guests will be touched by the this moment no matter which dance steps you select. First decision is whether you will go for the traditional route and have a father and daughter dance, then mother of the groom and groom dance, followed by the bride and groom. A Viennese waltz would be the most classical choice but it is perfectly acceptable to choose songs closer to your hearts. The most important advice is to feel confident with your selection and make sure you practice, practice. And undoubtedly, there won’t be a dry eye in the room!

This ceremony was one of our favorites and perhaps the most romantic! Starting with all the beauty and history that comes along with Venise, the church was a 14th century treasure richly decorated with frescoes and works of art from the Venetian Renaissance and Baroque periods. The altar was decorated with copious amounts of flowers and greenery all adorning the tall golden candelabras. An intricate runner with flowers and candles exquisitely lead the bride to the altar. Expansive bronze vases on columns with organic palette flowers, candles and blush rose petals lined the entrance to the church offering entrance for wedding guests equal to that of a fairytale ceremony.

Colin Cowie, who recently brought Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s wedding to life, designed a table called "Love in Istanbul".

Edgardo Zamora, the designer behind the Emmy Awards and Academy Awards parties, designed a table called "Secret Gardens of Istanbul".

Tomas De Bruyne, known as one of Europe’s most famous floral designers, designed a table called “Floral Delights Unveiled in Istanbul”

Ghada Blanco one of the most renowned designers in the Middle East, designed a table called "My Istanbul".

Gideon Hermosa, Asia’s top celebrity event designer, designed a table called "The Gaze of Istanbul Heaven".

Eddie Zaratsian, who decorated the wedding of Hollywood celebrity Kim Kardashian, designed a table called "Blooming Symphony".

Nadia Duran, one of Australia’s celebrity wedding and event designers, designed a table called " Istanbul The Center of Life".

Arturo de Noriega, a famous event designer from Peru, designed a table called "Füzyon".

Sarah Young, celebrity event and wedding designer from Malta, designed a table called "Colours of Istanbul".

KM Events Founding Agency President Meltem Tepeler, and bluechip Creative Events Founding Agency President Elmas Özler designed a table called "Atatürk Table" in order to commemorate the founder of Turkey, the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk

This couple’s history and passion for Venice was the initial seed in creating three magical days in this extraordinary city this summer. Starting with hand-designed letterpress invitations including a detailed map of the city, to the string quartet, pianist and sopranos at the exquisite church ceremony, to a surprise concert from the bride’s favorite groups during the cocktail, no detail was overlooked. The reception was celebrated at the Aman Venice, the only hotel on the Grand Canal with a garden. Copious amounts of red and pink flowers adorned the center of the long tables, along side stunning golden imperial candelabras, hundreds of shimmering crystal tea lights and candles. This was a veritable Venetian dream wedding.

One of the greatest pleasures
of being a wedding planner is the chance to celebrate additional milestones within the same family. Such trusts opens the door to an ideal working relationship. For the baptism of their two baby boys, Louis and Roméo, this couple wanted to transform their private garden with lake view into a bohemian chic paradise.

Stretch tents for the adults as well as for the children, a vibrant decoration, with colorful flowers in over 300 small vases and various animations made this magical day unforgettable for all.
