If roasting the perfect cup of coffee is an art form, then Kangaroo Island Coffee Roaster Pete Nash is definitely artist. You can find his photo gallery and taste his coffee in Chocol'Art & Coffee on the island. GLORIA has brought the coffee beans he roasted to Guangzhou. Hope you will enjoy this spacial taste from Kangaroo Island.

常說做咖啡是壹門藝術，在袋鼠島上225就真的認識了壹位，執著於咖啡烘焙的藝術家。名為Kingscote的小鎮裏，集中了袋鼠島上最豐富的生活物資，還有數家獨特的咖啡店和藝廊。例如攝影師Pete Nash主理的，“Chocol'Art & Coffee”。店內出售著由Pete親手烘焙的咖啡豆，然而這不是藝術家的壹時興起，在Compak Golden Bean咖啡烘焙大賽中，面對全澳參賽者的比拼下獲獎的他，絕對是擁有專業級水準。

Come and taste the sweet for the goodness! Pavlova is a meringue-based dessert with a crisp crust and soft, light inside, usually topped with fruit.
