Party & Cakes X'Press - Macau

Party & Cakes X'press was created in August 2008 with an aim to bring joy and laughter to every occasion. In Octobber 2009, it opened its store and expanded its aim; to impact the fun Art of Cake Decorating. It was inspired by my mother whom had started the first party & cake shop in Macauin early90's and my grandmother who was renowned for her mouth-watering recipes such as "Bolo Manteiga", "Bolo

Menino", "Cornstarch", "Empada" and amongst others. The 1st party & cake shop in Macau was named after my sister and I - "Lisa & Michelle Buffet", business was flourishing. cake orders were ever increasing... Mom even designed her own party line of 3 major characters and had them printed. I decided a few years ago to finally continue that business by combining Mom's experience, Grandma's guidance and of course, my daughter's indispensable ideas. Oh yes, I did take cake decorating classes, I am a Wilton Method Instructor and a Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessments by TAFE, how can I not be happy? Combined with my family's support, I am making this a reality.
