Today was my graduation as a Master in Innovation and Restaurant Management, thanks to Barcelona Culinary Hub and University of Barcelona for this experience! I thank God for allowing me to effectively finish my master’s degree and thus achieve one more goal and dream! I am very happy with this achievement and to be able to share my knowledge through my gastronomy. It’s always possible!! 💪👏🏻 💪💪. . Hoy fue mi graduación como Master en Innovación y Dirección en Restaurantes, gracias a Barcelona Culinary Hub y Universidad de Barcelona por esta experiencia! Indian food for the last Friday of the year? Sure, why not! This is the result of this wonderful night, I couldn’t be happier to be closing the year with such beautiful results. For one night we were transported to India and the clients enjoyed a great menu!.
Veggies samosas, Maraja rice, walnuts chicken curry, Sri Lanka fish curry, Chana saag, Pannet and mango salad, cashew chicken, Baingan bharta, Egg pepper Massala… and kheer! 👌👌. Thank you to my dear clients for being here for another year! 🙏 🙌🏻🙌🏻
