Taco Night
These tacos are soooo delicious, today I woke up thinking about them... maybe is time to make tacos at home 😋

Corn tortillas, slow cooked beans, rice, pinneapple ceviche (wow), spicy salsas, guacamole, cashew cream... Nitzan likes it aboundant and colorful!

Cooking at Ahki Retreat Center last week. Our food is sooo rich, aboundant and colorful... its always a pleasure to serve it and see people delighted and fulfilled.

Eating good.
Its is so nice to eat good!
Today after our delivery of food to homes around the jungle 😉, I came back home at lunch time and found few jars extra, left for us in the fridge. I stir fried some kale, mixed with a special rice we made with almonds and cranberries 🍒.
When served, I placed few balls of almond cheese and pesto on top...😅
Then I sat and gave myself a moment to stop, enjoy my lunch and feel pleasure. 🖤

20 years ago, when I just landed in Thailand, I fell in love with the flavors, smells and colors of the food.
Nowadays I enjoy bringing asian flavours into my food creations.
This is a crunchy, sweet and sour cabbage salad. Served with tofu, seaweeds and nuts.

Fresh Rolls
Perfect finger foods: Vegan, fresh, healthy and super yummy with the satay sauce. These ones we make regularly at home, even the kids love them.
