🌟The day of this show I had been feeling terribly sick for 2 days. For a moment I thought that I would need to cancel my performance, but I packed my costumes, my music and all my excitement and danced
🌟And dance healed me...the day after the show I woke up feeling better and thankful for not only this show, but for all the moments in my life where I have been able to dance and share joy and happiness with others
🌟Keep dancing and keep on shining!
🌟 The sweetest compliment I got in recent times came from this beautiful 3 - year old baby girl who told me she thought I was a dancing fairy, straight out of a fairy tale 🧚♀️
🌟Her words melted my heart and almost brought me to tears ❤️
🌟 Moments like this are always a great reminder for me to keep on doing what I do, to keep on training hard, to give my best at each and every single show and to be grateful for what I have ❤️

🌟What has dance taught me?🌟
As paradoxical as it may sound, I think that probably the biggest lesson I have learned so far is to not take myself so seriously sometimes. Dance requires so much training, discipline and hard work but when I watch videos like this, I realize how powerful “letting go” can be. During this performance I just felt like playing with my costume’s sleeve and it was so amazing to see how something “so simple” could trigger so much enthusiasm and happiness among the people watching me.
🌟It's ok to be playful, it’s ok to let go, it’s ok to enjoy the moment🌟
And belly dancing has given me one of the most rewarding things someone could ever wish: being able to create memories and evoke emotions not only in me but in others
🌟It just makes me so happy when I see the audience having a blast!! <3
