Thank you to the InSitu Summer School and InSitu conference that followed on the Power of Creative Innovation for Transformation of Rural and Non-Urban Futures. Very inspiring, thought-provoking and informative. Thank you for inviting me to present Balkan Retreat and learn about so many incredible and diverse grassroots cultural projects occuring all over Europe and beyond that are reviving rural and non-urban communities sustainably and with care. ⭐ So thrilled to have the multi-talented TOM CURZON return to us, this time with his equal, JULIA NESHER, since his last visit with award-winning Brighton Buoy clown collective in 2020! ⭐🥳

🔥 Wow - Tom and Julie, what a pair, this hardworking duo who locked themselves in our rehearsal studio late into the evening, on their 7 day stint this July, making a start on a new artistic journey together... With bed sheets, colourful hats and felt tip pens... What were you building in there?😎⭐

⭐ We are so warmed that they chose to birth their creative newborn with us - and to have fed them, watered them, and fired them up with the heat of Serbian sun, rakija and countryside relaxation here in our cozy retreat.🤗☀️🌿

⭐ We can't wait to hear how their creative journey unfolds back in the UK... ⭐

💐Thank you for making us a part of that process and for AGAIN supporting our little creative space hidden in the village of Besnovacki Prnjavor. 🙏☀️⭐
