As an Event Planner we need to make sure that everything well organized and that you always have the tools needed during an event.

These are our favorite must haves during an event;

1. A notebook to write unexpected changes or ideas that just popped up.
2. A detailed itinerary to keep you on track of everything
3. Contact information of venues and suppliers in case something goes wrong or if a vendor cancel or not show up.
4. First Aid Kit to help with any minor injuries.
5. Water and snacks to stay hydrated and have something small to eat during the busy preparations.
6. Computer and phone charges so you will be able to stay connected.
7. Toolkit with all kind of things that you may need before and during the event.

Make sure you have a checklist with all your must haves, so you will have everything you need by hand during your event.

When you are planning your wedding, the first things you plan is your wedding date and your theme. A theme that you can think about is a Easter wedding.

With a Easter wedding theme you can use pastel colors of yellow, pinks, purples, and greens. These colors you can use in your decoration, your bouquet, your bridesmaids dresses, your cake and even on your wedding dress.

For the children at your wedding you can think about planning a egg hunt or do an egg painting. This way you have activities to keep the children occupied. For this part the event planner can assign someone of her team to do this activity. If you are planning your own wedding, you can assign a family member or friend to help you with this activity.

Not everybody wants to organize a big event or go out to an event during Easter. If you want to have a intimate get together with a small group of family and friends and you want to do something different. Then you can organize your own creative brunch or high tea. You can start your brunch at 10 am till 11:30 am and the high tea can start at 5 pm till 7 pm. See the flyer below for examples (pictures are not our work).
