Position 1 : Morning Hospitality Assistant

We’re looking for a hands-on team member to support our morning operations. Responsibilities include assisting guests during breakfast, handling check-outs, preparing the terrace for wedding dinner , welcoming guests for preparations, being able to serve food and drinks if bridal party requires service, setting up reception drink stations, and working closely with the events team to ensure all details are perfect.

Position 2 : Evening Shift Leader

We’re seeking a proactive and organized leader to oversee evening operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating staff during food and drink service, ensuring guests are served promptly, liaising with kitchen and bar teams to fulfill orders, to check and organize upcoming events drinks supplies details, collaborating with wedding suppliers during event, and staying on-site until the event concludes.

We were honoured to meet Mr. Barry Lloyd, the beloved grandfather of Carrie Chambers, during her wedding at Vasilias this September. His presence as part of the wedding party brought joy and nostalgia to the celebration.

Mr. Barry graciously shared with us photos from the past, reminiscing about the times when Vasilias Nikoklis operated as a visitors’ inn. His stories of visiting our place in the 1980s with his dear wife and friends warmed our hearts. He shared vivid memories of laughter, delightful meals, and the joy of sharing moments on our beautiful terrace, surrounded by food and wine.

As Mr. Barry recalled those cherished times, it became an emotional connection to our own parents and their legacy of hospitality. It was a poignant reminder of the bonds we create through shared experiences—a true embodiment of love and togetherness.

This unexpected moment with Mr. Barry not only honoured the past but also enriched our present, making Carrie’s wedding all the more special. We will cherish these memories and the warmth of his stories for years to come.
