U.F.N. 93 (SINCE 2001) PLATINUM EDITION took place on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at the Pavilion Hall in Nicosia. The event was set in an electrifying atmosphere, with a powerful main card that kept spectators on the edge of their seats, unable to miss a moment of the action. The special guest star was Mr. Steve White, Boxing Promoter in the United Kingdom and chris Lazaridis President of the Cyprus Kickboxing Federation. In the two Super Fights, Foulidis was declared the winner by unanimous decision ,in a very close fight,after three rounds of relentless action, securing the victory with a knockdown in the first round against a tough opponent. In the other professional bout of the evening, Afanasov emerged victorious after three rounds, also winning by decision of the judges.

Uppercut Team has been the premier KickBoxing/ Boxing/ Striking MMA gym since 2001. Founded and run by certified instructors with passion for the sport, our focus has always been on quality instruction and improving the physical performance of our clients.

What we offer
We would like to present to you our offer for your employees and family members.
Our trainings are designed to give a full-body workout while honing your kickboxing skills in the ring.

1. Kids Training and Beginners Training
If you have never kickboxed before or you want to improve basic kickboxing techniques, this class is for you! In this class you will learn kickboxing fundamentals that will prepare you for our group classes. This beginner's class will focus on the correct form of strikes (punches), kicks, defense and footwork.
We work in small groups of up to 8 persons.
Schedule: every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday For kids- 17:00 p.m. – 18:00 p.m. and Adults 18:15 p.m.-19:30p.m.
2. Semi personal Training
Proper warm up and shadow boxing technique, proper stance and footwork training, pad and punching bag work, accurate form and timing, and simulated sparring. Full-body strength and cardio workout.
Semi-personal training is up to 4 persons.
Schedule: to be discussed and agreed with the trainer.
3. Personal Training
Individual attention with a customized approach to reaching your goals: focus on kickboxing skills, strength/circuit training, or find the optimal combination of the two. Boxing-focused training, proper striking-kicking technique, footwork, striking combinations, counterstriking, defensive drills and more.

Schedule: to be discussed and agreed with trainer.

Winning a WKN National title in his last fight at the Pavilion complex, he is well on his way to other WKN titles in the near future!
