🎅 Well, now the main question, why is it red? Nicholas and Christmas are approaching and it is clear to us that there will be many similar events! 🎅 That's why we took it a little differently!

The color red is a symbol not only of the Christmas holidays, but also of blood, which some people need so much. There are still few donors in the Czech Republic, which is why we decided that the Mendelka Parties and Erasmus Vibes Brno team will go to donate blood before Christmas!

🚨Brno Student Guide: Getting to know the city and free walking tours 🚨

💫 Hi international students! As the new term is getting close, it is perfect moment to immerse yourself to in the charm of this captivating city. 🤩

Here are the major landmarks in Brno that you should visit!

Špilberk Castle 🏰
This castle was founded in the 13th century and served as a royal castle, military fortress, and prison. Today, it houses the Brno City Museum and offers stunning views of the city.

Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul ⛪️
Located on Petrov Hill, this cathedral is a dominant feature of the city and one of the most important churches in Moravia. It is known for its bell tower, which rings noon at 11 o’clock in memory of the Swedish siege.

Old Town Hall 🏛️
The oldest secular building in Brno, constructed in the 13th century. It is famous for its twisted tower and the legend of the Brno dragon.🐉

Villa Tugendhat 🎭
One of the most important examples of modern architecture in Europe, designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. This villa is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Moravian Gallery in Brno 🖼️
One of the largest and oldest galleries in the Czech Republic, offering extensive collections of art from the Middle Ages to contemporary works.

Brno Underground 🌃
A network of underground passages dating back to medieval times.

Technical Museum in Brno 🎞️
Features a wide range of technical exhibits and interactive displays. It is ideal for visitors of all ages.
