DJ Dasha Fyah, Praha (2025)

Dasha Fyah started DJing in 2001 with a local soundsystem and loves bass music on vinyl. She blends tunes and riddims together, creating fresh vibes and touches to her musical collection. She moved to London in 2004, which brought many great chances and also the first visit to University of Dub at Brixton Rec - the point, which shifted Dasha´s musical taste from dancehall and new roots towards dub

wise and roots music. In 2006 Dasha Fyah and LoicDeNiro aka ´Fyah Sound´ started a residency in Hootananny Brixton, which continued for another 10 years and supported many legends on the reggae scene. Dasha also got to play at Brixton Jamm, London Telegraph, Vibe Bar, London Cargo and many other venues. Upon her return to CZ in 2011, a couple of new residencies started - at Palac Akropolis and Cross Club, and also a regular Friday session on Dubforce Radio, Radio Rastafari and recently on Real Roots Radio. Dasha loves spinning dub, reggae, hip-hop, funk, world beats, breakbeat, jungle and all sorts of good -mainly black- music.

Dear musical family*
It's the beginning of 2025 and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you, for your presence, for everything.. ❤️

It's been truly wonderful and healing path to be part of this BEAUTIFUL community, for more than 24 years now 🥹.SO MUCH has been done and is still to come, in helping to make this world a better and easier place to be, despite its many hardships 🙏
This music really has such an incredible power and ability...to raise the vibes, nurture, heal, it's a real blessing to watch and feel it and I'm feeling such a huge gratitude that the Universum has picked me to sometimes serve as a little tool / facilitator to these vibes as well 🙏

Thank you 2024 with all the experiences and 'gifts', that came within.. ❤️ with all you beautiful people, whom we have crossed paths with 😊
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, promoters, event organisers, music producers, DJs, singers, MCs, people who appreciate and spread these conscious vibes...

Big thanks, love and respect to the legend of Earl Sixteen 🙏 for squeezing our little session into his incredibly busy schedule 💪 especially now with the new Dreadzone album freshly out... thank you so much for blessing the microphone and us all with your unique vibe, Earl ❤️

Huge gratitude to Ras IKEL for all the support and help during the preparations too* and for backing for Earl 16 as well as playing his own sweet rrrooots selection afterwards** what a vibe! ❤️
