มันเป็นเมนูที่ฉันไม่ได้ทำบ่อยๆ แต่ถ้าใครได้ชิมแล้วล่ะก็ คุณต้องชอบแน่ๆ ดูเหมือนจะทำง่ายๆแต่เปล่าเลยฉันต้องหมักหมูกันข้ามคืนกันเลย และ ทำน้ำจิ้มก็ต้องใช้เนื้อมะขามแท้ๆ ถึงจะได้รสชาติที่ละมุนลิ้น ทั้งหมูและไข่ต้มและน้ำจิ้มจะต้องเข้ากันได้ดี เป็นเมนูที่ต้องลองนะคะ❤️👌🏻 It's a menu that I don't make often, but if you try it, you'll definitely like it. It looks easy to make, but it's not. I have to marinate the pork overnight. And to make the dipping sauce, I have to use real tamarind to get a smooth taste. Both the pork, the boiled eggs, and the dipping sauce must go well together.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻
