Our catering facilities are based on a very simple philosophy: healthy and genuine food prepared with love like our grandmothers did!
A cuisine rich in tradition linked to the territory, thanks to the extraordinary variety of recipes and exceptional products, from all over Italy, with an eye to the south of the country and above all, to the city of Naples, where my family has its roots.
Flavours, smells and emotions that we want to revive through our food.
Our cuisine is in line with the healthy Mediterranean diet, which is well-balanced and provides the intake of those all-important essential nutrients.
The menu is designed to provide an energetic, satiating and not heavy meal in order to be able to carry out a keen day’s work.
This wonderful journey will take you to the luscious world of my beloved granny, or, as we say in Italy : "nonna" Angelina.
Protecting the environment is also a very important goal for us.
We work with: compostable coffee, corn cups and boxes to go,
We recycling and do not use plastic,, our produce are almost 0 km when it is possible).
We can also provide: tables, chairs, benches, as well as all catering equipment (plates, glasses, mags, cutlery, etc.).
The menu is subject to some changes based on the availability of produce, which for the quality we aim for, will always be fresh and seasonal.
It is available for vegetarian and vegan people too.
All our dishes are elaborated by us.
Some of them are made with home made produce (h.m), such as fresh pasta, pizza, fresh salsiccia or porchetta.
Fabiola Maresca is born in Napoli.
She is a bartender, sommelier and a gastronomy lover, with almost 20 years experience in catering service, bar and sommelierie.
NonnAngelina catered for film productions for DFFB, HFF and Babelsberg Universitat.
