I'm working on a bunch of shows, but all the requests I've received so far are from male musicians and purely male bands.
❤️ I love men ❤️ - but would really like to book one or two shows also for female/queer acts or bands who have at least one of them involved in their projects.

Front Porch Beatnik is an alternative rock music trio from Berlin. Leadsinger Christian Schidlowski, bassist Dr Leben and drummer Lucy Kaewprasert play songs sometimes powerful, sometimes melancholic, reflecting the world in a warm but deliberately distorted and simple sound. The deeply personal lyrics deal with themes such as friendship, nostalgic memories and life in a world plastered with ambiguities. Influences come from Bands such as Pixies, Eels, Beck and The Velvet Underground.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! RESTLESS KITTEN BOOKING IS 1 YEAR OLD 😊🎉❤️

A year ago, I hosted my first event at LARK called Indie's Finest #1. I had actually just wanted to organise a show for a friend from Hamburg...

Since then, the momentum came quickly and I just went with the flow. Suddenly, I had the honour to work with acts from Dublin, Zagreb, London and Chicago throughout the year as well as amazing local bands.

I've learnt a lot during this year and I've always enjoyed putting up shows.
I've been wondering lately on how to develop it further. I love the DIY stuff, but I also like a professional environment and hosting "bigger" shows. I am not in it for the money, but sometimes, it is hard to even cover the costs when hosting shows at bigger venues. I would like to pay a decent musicians' fee, provide food and accommodation for touring bands, but I often had to add my private money in order to do so. It is not a lasting solution. This is why I might experiment a bit with different set-ups to make it financially more sustainable. Make it a proper business? An association? Apply for funding?

I'll get down this weekend to put up two or three more shows for 2024 including an Indie's Finest #3.

Absolutely love the birthday picture. It's made by Paul "Licho" Hübner. His paintings are currently part of a group exhibition in Prenzlauer Berg. I saw it yesterday, it's really great. Loads of interesting art and the place itself has such a cool and historical vibe. It's open until 20th Sep, you should check it out 100 %!

09.08.2024 KNAST (Berlin - grunge/garage) im Koma-F, Berlin, beim "Carnival of Arts"

In der skurrilen Welt von KNAST verschmelzen Genres auf unerwartete Weise. Mit gerade mal zwei Jahren auf dem Buckel hat das Duo ein Repertoire geschaffen, das von Post-Psych über Grunge bis hin zu Punk reicht - eine waghalsige Mischung, die mehr Fragen aufwirft als Antworten zu geben. Ihre Musik ist wie ein kühner Sprung ins Unbekannte, eine ironische Aneinanderreihung von Klängen, die zeigt, dass das Festhalten an Genres überbewertet sein kann. KNAST - eine Band, die sich selbst nicht allzu ernst nimmt, aber dennoch ihre eigene verrückte Nische gefunden hat.

Glyders

Formed in Chicago in 2013 by partners Josh Condon and Eliza Weber, Glyders make maximal minimal rock and roll with nocturnal mystery pulsing in the mix, cutting above rigorous roadhouse fare with sounds that twist and grind on their classic inspirations. Greetings from the Dutch coast!
I have been spending the past few days in the Netherlands and today, we also rode our bikes to the sea, Dutch style, of course 🚲☺️🐟

I'm heading to Antwerp to see IDLES tonight! Haven't been to a bigger show in a while and I've had a huge crush on them for the past nine months, so I am super excited ❤️‍🔥

As for shows, I think I have been able to spread a few good vibes and happiness with the past ones I put up, so I will start to set up some new shows at the end of the month. So, the bands I am planning to work with (you know who you are) will hear from me soon!

As for myself, I miss being on the road a lot and I am slowly starting to put out my feelers to find a new partner in crime for a two-piece to go on adventures again.

Rose White is a London based singer songwriter whose playful pop/soul/funk grooves mix with infectious hooks and empowering energy.
Wrapping her husky voice, that has drawn comparisons to Duffy, Amy Winehouse and Sia, around the full range of emotions, Rose wants to speak openly about the topics we all think about, but are afraid to say out loud.
Polish born Rose, an ex pro ballroom dancer and a law student, arrived in London aged 20 with 300 pounds, 2 suitcases and 0 connections. Working her way up the ladder on the open mic circuit, eventually headlining clubs with her band, she released her debut EP ‘One Fourth Mark’ in 2022 to glowing reviews and placements on editorial playlists.

250cc is a French-Italo arty pop-rock duo based in Berlin. The drum-guitar duo combines pop-rock, power-pop, and krautrock, with on top 2 vocals, often in harmony, bringing a dreamy vibe to the
rock machine.
After releasing its first single “The Other side”, the duo played its first gigs in Mexico in January 2023, and a European tour in October 2023.
The identity of 250cc comes together non-only with a unique live performance, but also with its self-made videos through which the duo shares its creativity.

How Yes No is a post punk/art punk/wave power trio from Zagreb, Croatia. Their songs, short, funky, p***y, chaotic and straight to the point are reminiscent of Minuteman, Gang of Four, Lithics, Duds, Uranium club and so on. The band itself was formed during lockdown in 2020 but the band members are seasoned street cats of the DIY/punk scene. The real life was given to the band in 2022 when the EP ''Small talk'' was released along with the music video for the song ''Under the rug''. They are very active with touring and are on the road for a few times a year. If you like being confused and amused, check them out!

LLANA
Indie pop, progressive and math rock band Llana consists of singer Celso, drummer Thomas, guitarist Ilja and bassist Joe. By now they know that their former teachers were right when they said that math would sooner or later catch up to them in life.

Llana was founded in 2022 and released their debut
EP 'Traverse’ in April 2023. The members’ musical experiences span several continents and decades, enriching their sound by a multitude of layers. Live experience of the members ranges from playing in music festivals, live houses and bars, to touring across countries.
