Restless Kitten Booking is a non-commercial DIY project by Berlin based female drummer Lucy Kaewprasert and her friends. When touring across the UK, the States and Europe, Lucy met fantastic musicians and experienced great support from the music community everywhere. Restless Kitten Booking aims to give this support back to the bands she has met along the way, while handling a professional and friendly attitude.

No Vida
(noise rock - Prague/Nový Bor)

No Vida is currently a trio coming from Nový Bor / Prague. Their music falls somewhere in the noise rock/punk area, drawing influence from bands like Unwound, Lync, Polvo, Sonic Youth, and others. The band was founded in 2019, was slowed during the Covid era, and reactivated when possible.

Since then, No Vida have recorded and self-released the album BAU (https://novida.bandcamp.com) and played many gigs in Czechia and across Europe. The atmosphere of their shows combines melancholy and rawness with unrelenting energy.

OKRA
(post-punk / Berlin)

Dark, gritty und immer mit einem Augenzwinkern übersetzt die Postpunk-Band Okra Entfremdungserscheinungen unserer Gegenwart in eine neue Sprache:
Deutsch-türkische (almanci) Vocals erzählen von außerkörperlichen Erfahrungen in der postmigrantischen Gesellschaft, vom Warten beim Bürger*innenamt, dem Erleben einer Geburt oder Instagram. Dabei werden frühe feministische Punk- und NDW-Bands der 1970er Jahre, wie Malaria oder x-mal Deutschland, heraufbeschworen.
Auf diesem Ritt in der Geisterbahn des Patriarchats spielt Humor jedenfalls genauso eine Rolle wie die stetige Suche nach neuen musikalischen Ausdrucksmitteln.

Okra veröffentlichen dieses Jahr ihr Demo-Tape "Can" beim Leipziger Label Splitter Records.

THE ROMANTIDOTE
(pop/rock - Berlin)

The musical alter ego of Scottish singer-songwriter Calum Bolland, the Romantidote was conceived in Berlin late 2019. A multi-faceted performer, the Romantidote at turns unearths the most intimate of personal anguish and brings guffaws with comedic works and routines.
The ‘Dote has become a fixture on the Berlin scene, having played with a number of established musicians, such as Freddie Dickson and Louise McNamara (formerly of Heathers).

With influences including Bob Dylan, the Magnetic Fields and Flight of the Conchords, the mix of styles works mainly due to the unmistakable imprint of Bolland’s writing, an authentic and natural voice prone to irony and self-effacement. His songs engage with grand themes of today’s debate: questions of moral agency, sexual liberation and the devastating decline of Morrissey on a human level. With a magnetic stage presence and sharp-tongued repartee with the crowd, The Romantidote has developed a loyal following.

The Romantidote delved into the studio for the first time in the winter of 2019. This resulted in two highly praised singles “(Have Yourself) A Very Maudlin Christmas!!” and “Here to Stay”. The
artist was asked to write an original song as the title track for 2022 film “Donne et Motori” from up-and-coming Italian director Leonardo Greco. 2023 saw the release of “Never Been to Berghain”, an anti-Brexit tour de force based on the author’s time in the city that alongside follow-up E.P. “The Diary of a Recovering Cynic” will soundtrack the T.V. show of the same name.

The record was recorded the previous summer at L.A. Recordings with engineer Liam Blomqvist and features some of Berlin’s most sought-after session musicians including Sophie Sutton, Anna Vaverkova and Davis West amongst others. The release led to dates in the UK, further shows in Germany and an already busy 2024.

VYKA (indie pop - Berlin)

In her studio, Ukraine-born, Berlin-based singer-songwriter Vyka crafts indie-pop-rock tunes infused with chorus-drenched guitars, signature synths, and 80s-inspired drum machines, all wrapped in irresistibly catchy hooks.

For her debut EP, Vyka received funding from Initiative Musik, a German government program supporting independent artists. The EP gained widespread radio support and live exposure at events such as Bergfest by FluxFM, MTV Music Week, and Germany’s national TV channel ZDF.

The first single (“One of Many”) from her second EP has been featured by such music magazines, as We Love that sound, Analog Trash and post-punk.com The release show of her second EP “Homesick” was celebrated with a full band sold out show in PANDA Platforma.

Let's face it: Open jam sessions are still a male-dominated thing, mostly for already highly skilled musicians.

Restless Kitten Booking aka Lucy Kaewprasert, traveling female drummer & drum teacher, invites Flinta* people only to a secret place in Berlin-Weißensee to play and enjoy music with others on 04.08.2025, without the pressure of having to prove your right to exist within the music scene. All backline will be provided, including a drum kit. All levels are welcome. Donation based.

We're super stoked to have a special guest for the night: MISS NÖYD, all female indie rock band based in Berlin, will play an opener set to inspire us and join us for the night.

Miss Nöyd is an all-female/FLINTA band based in Berlin, born out of the solo project of Norwegian singer-songwriter Bente Lorentzen. Founded in 2017, Miss Nöyd began as a reflection of Bente's transition from the peaceful shores of her small Norwegian fishing village to the energetic chaos of Berlin. Her early music, marked by heartfelt pop melodies and deeply emotional lyrics, explored themes of vulnerability, strength, and the tension between nature and the urban landscape. Throughout her solo years, Bente released several singles including standout tracks like “I Guess You’re My Man” and the EP "Leaving the Village."

In 2022, Bente expanded the project into a full band. The new members—Mathilda Adamik on keys, Andrea Trujilo on bass, Stella Tumidei on drums, and Elena Moroder as backing vocals—helped to shape the live sound and bring the Leaving the Village EP to audiences in Berlin and beyond. In March 2024, the band took their music back to its roots with a Norwegian tour.

MARLEY WILDTHING
(Vienna/AT - Prague/CZ)

Marley Wildthing is a singer-songwriter from Austria based in Vienna and Prague.
Marley’s live performance is one of a kind - she sings, loops bass, ukulele, beats and vocals and creates a diverse sound full of layers as a one-woman-band. Apart from her multi-instrumental talents and her distinctive voice, she radiates a joy and optimism on stage that is easily transmitted to any audience she plays for.
Marley writes personal songs about the environment, (female) empowerment, depression, joy and love. Her DIY music videos full of art and astounding visuals often show critical views on our relationship with nature and also political issues. She mostly writes and produces her music by herself, designs outfits and also imagines and directs most of her videos.
