Providing the upstairs sleeze is local dirtbag and dog-dad extraordinare DJ Dicksaft.

Laurel and Thom are two of our favourite Berlin DJs, both on their own and as a unit. Very few people approach things with as much intention and creativity as these two. When we asked them to open the last Gelee Royale, we expected something really nice. What we ended up with was so much more: a beautiful, meandering, idiosyncratic journey, that bubbles up here and there, never reaching a peak, incredibly patient and understated. We have so much love for these two and this excerpt from their set.

Gelee Royale is a party series launched and curated by Berlin based Slippery Crisps & Oldspeak
Their goal was and is to bring together a wide range of music genres and DJ styles, with a bit of live music sprinkled in between every once in a while.
Their next event in Berlin takes place on the 21.02.20 at Arkaoda in Berlin.
They kindly agreed to do a mix for Marlon, who specifically asked them to stick to her "no preparation" rule and to go as far of the usual radar as possible.
